A 50 percent deposit starts the build. The balance is due at delivery, before final files release. No full build ever happens on spec.

Two revision rounds included

Additional rounds are billed at $75 an hour, agreed in writing before the deposit is collected. No surprise invoices, ever.

Ownership is immediate

Not after a term. Not after a buyout. You own everything, code and all, the moment the balance clears.

Hosting afterward is yours

Your site runs on your own platform account, typically $25 to $50 a month, billed by the platform, not by us. We show you the exact number before you commit.

Optional Managed Care, $59 a month

Offered at delivery for anyone who wants ongoing help without a full subscription: domain renewal, security monitoring, basic SEO, and one content update a month. No minimum term, cancel any time with 15 days written notice.

Straight answers.

Compared month to month, no. It's a bigger payment up front. Compared over the full path to owning your site, it can come out less, but the plan includes a year of hosting, updates, SEO, and a person to call along the way, and this includes none of that. Different trades for different owners. If you'd rather pay once and handle the rest yourself, this is your fit.

Not included. You own the site outright, so anything after delivery is up to you, or you can add Managed Care for $59 a month if you'd like us to keep handling the technical side.
