Annual plans can buy out after just 90 days, since paying up front settles things sooner.

No, and we won't pretend it is. Ownership is a one time buyout of six months of your plan. The buyout covers the build work itself, which your monthly fee spreads out rather than pays off on its own. What you're paying for is the finished site handed to you with no strings, yours to keep or move. That's a real thing you own, not a rental you walked away from.

On a Monthly plan, if you leave during the first year there's an early termination fee equal to your monthly rate times the months left on the term, capped at four months, whichever is less. That's the full extent of it. On Annual, there's no exit fee at all, since the year is already paid. Your agreement spells it out before you sign.

You cover the website platform's own subscription directly, usually somewhere between $25 and $50 a month, billed by the platform, not by us.
